Reboot is a Finalist for the BECU People Helping People Award

We’ve got BIG BIG news, folx!

We’re THRILLED to announce that we are a finalist for the 2019 BECU People Helping People Awards! We are so honored and proud to be one of 18 amazing local nonprofits in the running to receive up to $50,000 for our organization!

Please help us show BECU some gratitude and love!

Now through September, every time you pay with your BECU debit or credit card, BECU will donate one cent towards the People Helping People Awards. They’re already up to $117k!

These donations go directly to the 18 organizations nominated this year. Pay for your groceries, get some gas, help Reboot!

Starting November 1st, BECU will open voting for the People’s Choice Award, which means one nominated nonprofit could win up to $40,000.

Yes, you saw that correctly:

Reboot could win !!! $40,000 !!!

BUT we need your help! Please watch for the voting link in November and vote REBOOT all the way down the ticket!

Reboot Theatre is on the precipice of exciting and necessary growth. Since its founding in 2014, Reboot now leads the way in inclusive and diverse casting in the Puget Sound. After garnering several People’s Choice Gregory Awards for its lauded production of Little Shop of Horrors, this last spring’s production of Sweeney Todd was another landmark production for Reboot, marking the second year in a row that the company has sold out every performance.

This grant would enable us to pay higher stipends, rent larger venues, and raise our production values significantly. Currently, we have an all-volunteer staff and we would love to be able to create some paid part-time roles to help with the running of this growing company.
